What we do
Most plants end up coordinating an automation vendor, an electrical contractor and a panel builder separately. We do all three — which is usually why we get called.
PLC, SCADA and HMI systems designed, programmed and commissioned for process and manufacturing plants — including upgrades to lines already running.
LT and HT power distribution engineered, installed and commissioned — from single-line drawings through to energisation on site.
Panels designed and built in our own workshop, wired and tested before they leave — so commissioning on site is quick and predictable.
Our workshop
Panel manufacturing sits in our own workshop in Vadodara — not passed to a third-party fabricator. Every panel is assembled, wired, labelled and I/O tested on the bench before it is dispatched.
That matters for two reasons. Build quality stays under our control rather than someone else's, and problems surface during factory testing instead of on your plant floor during a shutdown window.
PCC, MCC and IMCC boards, PLC and VFD panels, remote I/O, pump control, RTU and telemetry, packing machine panels — designed, built and tested in one place.
GA drawings, I/O schedules and control philosophy issued for approval.
Wiring, ferrule labelling and terminations to a documented standard.

Panels built and wired in our own workshop, then fully I/O tested and simulated before dispatch. Problems get found here, not on your plant floor.
Installation, loop checks, interlock validation and operator handover — then we stay reachable. The number on this site is the one that gets answered.
Why Prime Logix
Not a generalist who also does PLCs. Our work is built on Rockwell platforms end to end — from Micro800 up to ControlLogix, RSLogix 5000 through Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk on top.
We design, build, wire and test panels in house in Vadodara. That means we control the build quality and the schedule rather than passing them to a third party.
